Jerry Roberts brings over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, spanning from quick-service restaurants to casual dining. His journey began before he could even drive, working at the iconic Beefy King in Orlando. Years later, he played a pivotal role in opening approximately 20 Schlotzsky’s Deli locations across Florida.
In 2002, Jerry seized the opportunity to become a franchisee of Gators Dockside, and today he proudly owns and operates five thriving locations. His entrepreneurial spirit continued in 2017 when he and his wife partnered with the founders of Piesanos to expand the brand, starting with the Ocala location and growing from there.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jerry is passionate about people, travel, and staying active. He enjoys pickleball, snow skiing, and coaching his kids both on and off the field—all while managing a busy schedule and continuing to build successful businesses.
With over two decades of experience in the restaurant industry, Sabrina began her career at 15 as a carhop at Sonic and quickly discovered her passion for hospitality. After joining the Gator’s Dockside brand in 2007, she gained hands-on experience in nearly every role, including serving, bartending, marketing, management, and special projects. In 2013, Sabrina and her husband opened their first Gator’s Dockside in Lake City, later expanding to two more locations and purchasing and additional two. In 2016, they partnered with the Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza brand, launching their first Ocala restaurant in 2017 and growing the brand to 14 locations across Florida. Sabrina’s journey has been driven by a love for people, teamwork, and creating restaurants that feel like home for both guests and team members.
